Located 30 minutes from Lisbon, in the hills of Arruda dos Vinhos, DP Dressage was built thinking of creating a smart and comfortable high-performance training center: our facilities include top of the line equipment to cater to all the needs of the modern equine athlete.
All infrastructures are designed to provide ease and comfort to both horse and rider – 26 boxes, 2 Olympic sized arenas and all the support setups required for an holist training approach.
Our aquatraining complex is a top complement for the training of our equine athletes, helping achieve great results on muscle development and providing a quick recovery for our horses.
Our visitors and students can enjoy our bar lounge with overlooks to the riding hall and also stay hosted at our facilities, appreciating the comfort of the suites of our ‘Quinta do Moinho’ boutique hotel.

A set of 26 boxes with indoor access and windows overlooking the gardens. Our horses are housed on dust-free wood shavings and has an individual feeding program, defined by a team of equine nutritionists, respecting their specific nutritional needs.
Our Olympic size indoor riding arena is equipped with eeb & flow footing and fully mirrored back wall for optimum conditions when riding. Our visitors can comfortably watch the training sessions from our lounge bar, overlooking the riding hall.
Overlooking the green hills of Arruda dos Vinhos, our outdoor Olympic side riding arena is a true pleasure to ride at. Equipped with ebb & flow system, we make sure to provide the best flooring conditions for our horses.
Horses at our care benefit from the complement of the training at our electric horse walker, located in its own detached building and with a capacity of six horses. The building also holds a central arena for lunging sessions.
Our tack room has all the commodities to properly organize our horses’ equipment. We provide to our clients with private lockers and also access to a small lounging area with direct access to a complete shower room.
Our Aquatraining system is a great compliment for our horses training, promoting muscle development and health. This service is also available for our students and clients’ horses.
After training, our equine athletes enjoy a VIP treatment at our hot water shower rooms. A solarium is also available for drying to prevent muscle stiffness but can also be used to warm up the back muscles before training.
The comfort of our clients and students is a paramount for us. Overlooking the riding hall, we have a lounge room & bar where our visitors can sit, relax and watch closely the horses during their training sessions.
